inFM Manufacturer Equipment Template

The Equipment Catalogue in inFM is a domain-scoped library of manufacturer and model definitions. It lets your team build a shared reference of equipment makes, models, categories, and expected working lives — so asset records are consistent and searchable across your organisation.

Rather than adding equipment definitions one by one, you can bulk-import them using a CSV file. Download the template below, fill in your equipment data, and upload it directly in the inFM Equipment Catalogue section.

CSV Column Reference

The import file must be a UTF-8 encoded CSV with the following column headers on the first row. Column order does not matter as long as the headers match exactly.

model_name Required The model designation or product name. IntelliVue MX800
category Optional Equipment category or type. Used for filtering in the catalogue. Patient Monitoring

working_life_years Optional Expected working life in years. Must be a whole number between 0 and 99. 10
